Dr. Cadet Frantzcy founded and launched the Omega Kingdom-Ministry OKM, Inc. in 2006. Omega Kingdom International OKM, Inc. is also what would be called a “church plant”; a new church/ministry being established or planted in a particular locale. As Senior Pastor of Omega- Kingdom International OKM, the first objective in developing and launching this organization/congregation was to establish a “core leadership team”. Upon selecting and establishing this vital team; Pastor Cadet Frantzcy began to cast vision, give instruction (via teaching and training) and delegate direction to the new team for the new organization.

Prior to launch of the ministry, Apostle Cadet Frantzcy suffered a near-fatal car accident July 2011 in Port-au-Prince Haiti, hospitalized for 3 days, in a nursing facility for 5 additional days, having to learn to walk again, going through excruciating physical and occupational therapy and much more; Apostle Cadet Frantzcy, his family the core leadership team opened the doors to the new church, Omega Kingdom-Ministry, December 18, 2012.

OKM, Inc., served the community/city and their congregation through worship services, Bible study, after school programs, summer kids camp, job fairs, food and clothing pantry, Crusade, Feeding program, community festivals and much more!

Per 50% percent of Haiti’s population is school age yet over half the population is illiterate. Many children cannot afford the costs of education in Haiti because the average family makes less than $1 a day. The government does not provide adequate funding for public schools and most families cannot afford the costs of private education, which can be as little as $20 a year. Omega kingdom assists families who do not have the means to educate their children. We believe the best way to help fight poverty is to help the poor help themselves through educational opportunities. Through education all things are possible Currently Omega supports over 500 children with their education.

Omega has established extensive networks of local Haitian schools, school administrators, teachers, churches, and committed community members. Currently Dr. Cadet is working with the communities of Cite Soleil and La plain. Both communities lie in the north area of Haiti and are so isolated that they receive little to no outside aid from local and international aid groups. OKM works hand in hand with the local networks to identify families who do not have the financial means to educate their children. Once these children are identified we directly pay the costs of tuition, books and uniforms.
